A Place to Connect Deeper

Sacred Solace Society was created to share practical tips for staying sane and connected in a busy, wild world. It's a resource for spiritual awakenings, self-care that heals and transforms, and coming into alignment with who you truly are.

Over many decades and seasons of life, I have cultivated practices and rituals that have made me less stressed, less worried, less anxious, and much happier.

Whenever I fall away from these practices, I notice all of the areas of my life aren't quite as positive or peaceful.

These rituals and practices have become my sacred solace that I can take anywhere with me, and keep me connected and calm.

I believe that transformational self-care means intentionally living in a way that supports you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. This lifestyle and belief system is something unique to you; it's yours and only yours.

As humans we are constantly evolving and expanding, and our self care and spiritual practice should change right along with us. What served you once may not be serving you anymore. I think staying in touch with our true selves and adapting our lives to what we need in each season of life is more important than anything.

I’ve always loved learning about myself and life through spiritual practices and exploration. I believe that connecting with ourselves, nature, and the world around us is the easiest way to find healing and happiness in our lives.

I have spent 10 years traveling around the world learning about different spiritual practices, cultural traditions, and ancient rituals that span centuries and generations. My hope with Sacred Solace Society is to share all I have learned as practical tools that we can use in our everyday lives.

I hope you find value in these pages on the way to your own sacred solace, and that your journey is an inspiring and beautiful one.

Hi, I'm Ellise.

I find solace in simple things that bring me joy, like writing in my journal, meditating, or sitting in nature and appreciating its beauty.

Laughter, sunshine, & wandering are some of my favorite flavors of life.

I'm always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and expand, and the spiritual path has served me well on my journey. Its magic and mystery keeps me wide-eyed and inspired.

Thanks for being here on the journey with me.

Everything is better with friends!
